Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

Ordering

The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and sends the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (KN) with VAT. The customer additionally has possibility to display prices in euros.

The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.

The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.

 

Payment

The ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa. The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. On occasion after taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement parcel.

If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered from the seller, he has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs which are related to delivery.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the online approval confirmation transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.

Once the shipper (shipping company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no more responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of goods.

If the buyer chooses the product download option instead of delivery, the seller undertakes to send a notification exclusively in the form of e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receipt e-mail (download notification) the customer can immediately download the product.

 

Complaints

The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description stated on www.the-m-brothers.com The image illustrating the product on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the customer cannot advertise this segment.

In the event of a technical malfunction of the audio tracks stored on the audio carrier, the seller takes over full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the customer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four) working days. After reporting a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return it by mail, along with the delivery note technically defective audio transmitter, after which the seller will send it to the buyer within 3 (three) working days replacement product, free of charge. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but exclusively a replacement product.

The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (company which performs product delivery operations).

If the customer chooses the product download option and the customer is unable to download due to technical issues problems caused on the seller’s server, the seller undertakes to send an email with a new one download options for which the customer does not bear any costs.

In the event that the customer is not even then able to complete the download caused by technical problems on to the seller’s server, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller’s sales service about this, which will offer an adequate solution that will not contain any compensation or further costs from the customer. There is no buyer the right to request a refund in this situation.

In the event that the customer cannot download the product, and the technical problems are not related to the seller, but are caused by the customer, the operator or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility and is not obliged enable the customer to download or deliver the goods free of charge.

The customer is obliged to download the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will not be able to do so without it regardless of having made the payment, download the product. In this case, the buyer waives any complaint.
